July 2010 - After hours service hotline for customers with the Boomtown Sweepstakes and ARI Card Reader system. Hours for this hotline are as follows: Mon thru Thur until 9pm, Friday until 10pm, Sat from 11am until 10pm, and Sun from 1pm until 5pm. Please leave a message detailing your issues and contact information and a tech will call you back based on how urgent the issue is. Please keep in mind that this is an urgent type hotline so if it is an issue that can wait for normal business hours please call us Mon thru Fri from 8-430 Central standard time at 1-800-624-3779. Please ask your sales rep or route manager for the telephone number to the hotline.

July 28, 2009 - The manufacturer of our CRT VGA 19" monitors has also discontinued these. We have the last 50 before everyone has to start replacing them with LCD Monitors. Cost is $375 plus shipping. We will give a price break when you order a skid (16 monitors) and these can be mismatched between CGA and VGA.

April 17, 2009 - The manufacturer of our CRT CGA 19" monitors have told us that they are phasing out these monitors. So anyone who has these monitors will have to convert to LCD monitors eventually. We have in house the last 250 they made so if you use these please order now to stock up before they are gone. Cost is $285 plus shipping.

March 2009 - Reel Amusements is expanding its revenue sharing into Alabama with its Bingo/Keno program. We now have revenue share rooms in Alabama, most of Florida & Texas, and Ohio.
